  • Preparation matters: If aligned, we gather key information securely (including your most recent tax return) so recommendations are relevant.
  • Tax-aware planning: We use your tax information to build the chassis for current-year scenario planning and bracket management.

What to expect

Our process is designed to be efficient and high-signal. Each step builds clarity and confirms alignment before moving forward.

Step 1: Initial conversation (15 minutes)
This conversation is focused on one objective: determining whether it makes sense to explore a relationship. We will discuss your priorities at a high level, confirm whether we can add value, and outline the next step if appropriate.
Step 2: Secure information gathering (tax-first planning foundation)
If there is mutual alignment, we will send a secure upload link so you can provide a copy of your most recent tax return. This allows us to build the chassis for current-year tax scenario planning—including opportunities to manage brackets, maximize deductions, and reduce tax outlay where practical.
Step 3: Wealth Vision collaboration (optional to start now)
We use Wealth Vision as our planning and collaboration platform. It helps organize financial information, align goals, and support more efficient decision-making over time.

You do not need to become a client to begin organizing your finances in Wealth Vision.

Step 4: Strategy & Tactical Positioning meeting
Once we understand your goals and have your tax and planning inputs, we schedule a Strategy & Tactical Positioning meeting. This is a working session where we discuss tailored recommendations across tax-aware planning, investment positioning, retirement strategy, and coordination items that matter most to your situation.
