Jack Metz
Client Service & Operations Associate (Advisor Development Track)
Jack Metz joined Jackson Wealth Management in November 2025 and is building a long-term career in the financial advisory profession. He supports firm operations and client service with a focus on preparation, accuracy, and consistent follow-through—helping ensure clients experience the clarity and reliability that define the Jackson Wealth Management approach.
A Findlay, Ohio native and graduate of Findlay High School, Jack values the strong sense of community that shaped his upbringing. He appreciates Findlay’s small-town environment paired with meaningful opportunities for education, growth, and involvement—values that closely align with the culture of Jackson Wealth Management.
Jack earned his degree from The Ohio State University in 2025, where he studied Finance with a minor in Computer and Information Science. During college, he gained professional experience through internships in commercial real estate and renewable energy development, strengthening his understanding of business operations, markets, and long-term planning.
Jack was drawn to Jackson Wealth Management for its small-team environment, emphasis on mentorship, and commitment to stewardship and disciplined decision-making. He values the firm’s consultative approach—serving clients as trusted guides rather than operating from a sales-driven mindset.
In his role, Jack focuses on two core areas: supporting the preparation, planning, and execution that underpin a consistent client experience, and developing professionally through hands-on learning and mentorship. He enjoys thinking through strategies tailored to each client, recognizing that effective wealth management requires understanding individual perspectives and communicating complex ideas clearly—an approach he began developing as a volunteer math tutor earlier in life.
Jack contributes to the client experience by ensuring strategies and commitments are followed through diligently and accurately. His goal is for every client to feel heard, cared for, and supported—never uncertain about next steps or outcomes. He places particular emphasis on timely communication, attention to detail, and exercising sound judgment in decision-making.
Jack has passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) and Series 7 exams, held with LPL Financial, and is continuing his preparation for the Series 66 as part of his progression toward becoming a credentialed Associate Financial Advisor. He is focused on developing the habits, judgment, and professional standards required to serve clients well over time.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys playing golf, reading, and spending time with family and friends. He is committed to continual learning and growth and values the opportunity to develop within a firm that prioritizes integrity, consistency, and long-term relationships.
